With experience in consulting, in-house HR leadership, and entrepreneurship, he has worked with employer branding, onboarding, and leadership development for organizations like Great Place to Work, Atea, JCDecaux, Ritz Carlton, and Radisson.Currently, Espen is a team and enterprise Agile Coach at Equinor (via Webstep), helping implement product- and value-centered workplace processes, metrics, and cultural initiatives.In this panel, he will share insights on creating meaningful employee journeys—from onboarding to career growth—and practical strategies to build a culture that retains top talent.

How to get there

Epicenter is located by Holbergs Plass, just a few steps from the tram stop. Outside you will find city bike parking, plenty of space for your electrical scooter or a bike parking in our garage (members only). Epicenter is a five-ten minutes walk from the National Theatre (Nationalteateret) where all metros, local trains, trams and busses arrive. If you arrive by drone, make sure to reserve you parking in advance!
